We have many systems in place to carefully screen each guest before allowing them to stay at our properties. We verify identities and ask a list of prescreening questions before giving approval to stay.
We monitor our properties and install cameras along the exterior to ensure the highest degree of safety and security. We also install noise decibel monitors that can detect high levels of noise or smoking inside the homes. This allows us to swiftly eliminate any issues that may arise.
We have strict house rules to keep the property safe and well-maintained. We do not allow young guests or social gatherings such as parties or events, we also impose minimum night stays to avoid excessive foot traffic that might disturb the peace of the neighborhood. No pets are allowed at our properties. No smoking is allowed at our properties.
Traditional tenants can have guests coming and going each day and the property owner may have no idea who these guests are or what their intentions are with the property.
By allowing us to manage your space, this uncertainty is eliminated. We do all the work to ensure the safety and security of your property.
We pay the rent on time each month regardless of our income generated at the property.
We have multiple ways of attracting guests to the properties we manage. We feature listings on booking platforms tailored to traveling nurses and medical professionals. Additionally, we partner closely with insurance companies to provide housing for families displaced by events such as fires or flooding. Our short-term rental platforms also connect us with film and work crews on location, as well as traveling families and groups seeking accommodations.
Our team handles most small repairs and routine maintenance, such as lawn care and HVAC servicing. However, larger issues that impact the value of the property—like the installation of a new HVAC system or other major repairs/upgrades—are generally the responsibility of the property owner. Each lease can be tailored to include specific terms and conditions regarding these responsibilities.
Payments will be sent out through our direct deposit. Rent payments are the same as payments from a regular tenant. We may also do wires, Zelle, etc. We pay market rate with a 2-5 year lease agreement. If you are interested in enrolling in Auto Pay, please contact us.
*Auto-Pay is a feature we give to landlords so they will always receive their payment automatically at the beginning, end of the month, or even a day earlier.
We have professional cleaners that will be coming into the property twice a week to make sure your property is maintained in the best conditions. We also have a 24-hour handyman that will be on standby for emergency maintenance problems so the landlord isn’t bothered by any small nuisances.
Your property will be fully furnished, each piece of furniture will be carefully picked by our interior designer who’ll decide which ones best fit the house’s design.
Hello Red Door has not one but two insurances. Our main 1) We have a renter’s insurance that covers up to $1,000,000 in potential liabilities or damages.
Our family business provides fully furnished temporary short term and midterm housing for traveling professionals and families such as nurses, medical residents, film crews,digital nomads, or those traveling for work or vacation time in the area.
Our hospitality services include the essentials for your stay such as bed linens, towels, and bathroom and kitchen essentials. Each property contains its own list of amenities, all of which are thoughtfully curated for the most comfortable stays. Depending on the rental agreement, consumables can also be provided.
We offer a range of rental arrangements and durations to fit your needs and the needs of your business. These include rentals by room, whole house, short stay (under 28 days) and longer stays.
We are also on call throughout your stay should you need anything or encounter any issues.

Kim has a master’s degree in Education and spent 28 years teaching English in a New Jersey public high school. Throughout her teaching career, she nurtured a passion for designing spaces and dreamed of creating a business where she could combine those skills with her love for providing exceptional guest experiences. Kim has since transitioned from teaching to pursue this dream full-time, and that’s how Hello Red Door was born.
Rich brings a wealth of experience from his background in law enforcement, having served as a police sergeant in New Jersey for 10 years. He later transitioned to the construction industry, earning his Master HVAC license and working for over 20 years in the field. Rich currently represents contractors as a sales rep for a major HVAC supply company and handles property maintenance for Hello Red Door.
Together, we have combined our unique skills and expertise to create a business that’s built on care, quality, and customer satisfaction. Our goal is for every guest to feel completely at home and for property owners to know their homes are in trusted hands. We look forward to working with you and meeting your needs!
